(One day, Monster High students were getting ready for the upcoming field trip to Monte Scarlo, as flying creatures were carrying their luggage. Meanwhile, Frankie Stein and her friends were talking about it.)
Draculaura (excitedly): I can't believe we get to go to Monte Scarlo!
Operetta (at her locker): I heard that little ol' place is crawling with monsterazzi.
Frankie Stein: I cannot wait to get there and.. (But before she could finish her sentence, she let out a sneeze).
Mr. Rotter: Frankie Stein, if you're sick, you may not attend the class trip.
Frankie: Don't worry, Mr. Rotter, there's no way I'm getting sick.
(But her sneeze sends her flying backwards to the lockers and electrocuting some of her classmates.)
Frankie: Aw, man.
Cleo de Nile: No one, get near her! If you catch what she's caught, no Monte Scarlo!
(Frankie hangs her head in disappointment.)
Clawdeen Wolf: I'm sorry Frankie, but I can't risk missing…
(Unfortunately, she sneezed, causing her hair to be frizzy. Operetta sneezed next, and her shriek shattered Ghoulia's lenses and the school's windows, and sent students flying backward. Draculaura and Cleo sneezed at once, and Draculaura had heart-shaped pimples while Cleo's pimples were pyramid-shaped, respectively. Later, the ghouls (minus Operetta) were sitting on a bench while Ghoulia Yelps is researching something on her laptop and Gory Fangtell laughed at them).
Cleo: What are you so happy about?
Gory: I'm thinking about all the fun I'm going to have on the trip without you.
Headless Headmistress Bloodgood (on the loudspeaker): Attention students of Monster High, the bus is leaving in fifteen minutes.
Abbey Bominable: We must hurry! The driver wants to go.
Clawdeen (moaning)You better get back on the bus, before you catch it too, Abbey.
Abbey: I laugh at this nonsense, ha! I don't get sick. My village is immune to the cold.
Draculaura: There's got to be some kind of… (sniffles): cure.
Cleo: Ghoulia, did you find anything yet?
Ghoulia Yelps: (moans).
Clawdeen (reading from the website): Monster Thi?
Frankie: My dad told me it grows in the catacombs. We just need someone to go find it.
(The concerned ghouls looked at Abbey.)
Abbey: know this particular plant. But it has one side effect…
Cleo: Just go!
(And just like that, Abbey went to the catacombs with light background music playing. Then, she found the Thistle in a nearby cabinet).
Abbey (picking the Thistle): Ah, there is Monster Thistle! Finally, geez Louise!
(However, the monster tentacle was tied into a knot. Meanwhile, back at the school, the girls are sitting on the stairs, waiting anxiously for Abbey. Strangely, Ghoulia's arms are black).
Gory (smugly): Abbey's not gonna make it on time.That's too bad, because I'm going to have a vamptasic time at Monte Scarlo!
(But then, Abbey returned with the thistle in her hand. She boldly blew the pollen on her friends, who were no longer sick and showed their appreciation to her).
(Abbey sneezes).
Frankie: I thought you said you don’t get sick.
Abbey: True, but I'm allergic to monster thistle. That's the side effect.
(She let out a sneeze so intense a block of ice formed onto Gory's feet. The 12 o’ clock bell rang.)
Cleo: The bus hasn’t left yet. Come on!
Gory: No Monte Scarlo? No monsterazzi?
(The ghouls hurried outside to catch the bus. Unfortunately for Gory, she couldn’t move due to her feet being frozen, meaning she'll have to miss out on the field trip.)
