Skulltimate Secrets is the first line of the 2023 Monster High dolls and a part of the Generation 3 doll series. It is also the first addition to the Skulltimate Secrets doll line.
The line consists of the main five ghoulfriends: Draculaura, Cleo De Nile, Clawdeen Wolf, Frankie Stein, and Lagoona Blue. Each doll comes in their own coffin, which has four lockable compartments color-coordinated to the dolls' signature colors. There is a space next to the compartments in which the doll can fit inside. The dolls each come with two complete outfits, two pairs of shoes, an assortment of accessories (including a pair of earrings and food items), and a set of keys to unlock the compartments.

Each doll is dressed in colorful outfits, and all include a key to unlock multiple "surprises".
Every doll includes:
- One locker with five doors

- One skirt
- One pair of shorts
- One pair of knee-length shoes
- One pair of ankle-length shoes
- One pair of earrings
- One necklace
- One drink
- Two snacks
- One keychain
- Four keys
Notably, one of the tops will always match either the skirt or the shorts in regard to fabric pattern.

- Cleo de Nile is the only doll in the line to come with a headband instead of a hat.
