Monster High Wiki

The Shriekwrecked series holds the two Shriekwrecked dolls that are out of the ordinary: Dayna Treasura Jones, who has a redress function, and Gooliope Jellington, who is tall. The former doll hit shelves in Late July of 2016 and the latter doll followed in Late September.

Name[]

The name Shriekwrecked is printed on the boxes.

Characteristics[]

The entirety of Shriekwrecked succeeds Freak du Chic as the luxury costume line.

Logs[]

Among the Shriekwrecked, Dayna and Gooliope stand out as having unique back-of-the-box blurbs each. Dayna's tells a little of the circumstances under which she met the Monster High students and Gooliope explains that she's the reason the group got shipwrecked.

Fiction[]

Dayna was promoted through the Shriek Wrecked subseries of the stop-motion series, appearing in all three episodes. Gooliope appeared in none of them. Therefore, it is likely Shriek Wrecked is a substitute for a scrapped story.

Notes[]

  • There are two types of packaging for Gooliope: One of average height in which she is positioned crouched and a taller one in which she gets to stand. There's no difference between the products other than the box's dimensions.
  • Shriekwrecked was developed during and intended for Generation 1 and converted at the last second to fit the characteristics of Generation 2. Prototypes of the Generation 1 versions exist. This is why characters are included that fit Late Generation 1 but are odd for Early Generation 2.
