Scary Soccer is a game that is played similar to American soccer and International Football. Monster High has an unknown soccer team, and the known members are all ghouls, or girls.
History[]
As explained in Toralei's Ghoul Sports notebook, the original version of this sport wasn't played on a smooth grass-like surface but it was played through a dark forest of the "old country". A century later, players decided to move their game away from the forest, because spectators found it a lot difficult to participate in it. However, soccer fans can currently influence in the terminology or slang that was used in the former game.
These Phrases are:
- Leaf Ripper: A long shot that flies over the goal.
- Lost in the Woods: A confused player on the pitch.
- Bark Duster: A point blank shot that bounces off another player.
Rules[]
- Each team has to have 13 players (26 players altogether).
- The soccer field needs to measure up to 200 yards long and 150 yards wide.
- The soccer ball's material is indestructible dragon's skin, instead of black and white leather.
- The game has two matches which lasts up to 60 minutes (or an hour) without a halftime.
- If a game ends in a tie, then a second ball which is red is put into play. The first team to score a goal with either ball is the winning team.
- If a member of either team is caught cheating or using unsportsmanlike conduct in a game, then they will be disqualified.
