Party City, founded in 1986 and also active under the names Halloween City and Factory Card & Party Outlet, is an USAmerican retail chain of party supply stores headquartered in Rockaway Township, New Jersey, United States. It is the largest retailer of party goods in North America, and since 2010 the main holder of the Monster High license to produce costumes and assorted party supplies.
