"Out of the Shadows" is the sixth track from Boo Crew Beats album and the character song for Twyla Boogeyman. The music video has two versions, the first was animated by stop motion animation company Apartment D and the second by animation company MindShow, and is sung by Tangina Stone.[1]
Like previous character songs, the contents are biographical. Twyla laments her shyness and celebrates being encouraged by her newly gained friends to be confident and step out of the dark.
It became available for streaming on Spotify and Apple Music on July 7, 2023, at the release of the album.

The animation of the first music video marks the first in the character song to be animated in actual stop-motion (instead of a CGI/3D rendition thereof) and 2D animation for mouth movement.
The duration is the shortest of all character songs.
On March 24, 2023, a full version was released in CGI form
