Neptuna is Lagoona Blue's pet piranha. Lagoona carries her to school in a fishbowl purse.
She is featured in Free Comic Book Day 2017: Monster High, also titled Mad Science Fair, where she works with Lagoona on a marine biology presentation, but she's not of much help as she keeps eating the flora and fauna displayed.
Later, other media shows Lagoona having a pet turtle instead.
