Lydia Deetz, or Liv, is a 2021-introduced and doll-only character.[2] Lydia Deetz is a titular character in Tim Burton's 1988 comedy/fantasy film Beetlejuice.

Appearance[]
Lydia has light pale skin and black hair, she wears a dress inspired by the gothic aesthetic Lydia has in most media from the Beetlejuice franchise. She wears fishnets, black boots, and a black sun hat.
Timeline[]
- 2021: Rumors are spread saying a new lineup of Skullectors for 2021 will be released after the success of the first drop in 2020.
- August 5th, 2021: Official pictures are accidentally posted on MattelCreations of the Lydia doll, it is later taken down.
- August 9th, 2021: The dolls are officially announced on the Monster High social media pages.
- August 13th, 2021: The dolls release on the MattelCreations website retailing for 90$.
Notes[]
- The doll comes with a book titled “Handbook For The Recently Deceased“ and a camera based on stock photos.
- Lydia Deetz could share the same head mold as Vandala Doubloons, this was later confirmed by Rebecca (the designer) herself.
- This product came out on Friday the 13th.
