Larissa Gallagher is an Australian voice actress who makes her debut in Great Scarrier Reef. She provided the voice for Lagoona Blue as well as voicing Lagoona in the reboot. Some other examples of her voice acting are as Petra in "TrollsTopia", Bluebird Azurite in Steven Universe, and Preena Penguin in Enchantimals.
