LAGOONA: Fin-tastic! [growling]
DRACULAURA: And you're sure you checked every inch of the pipes?
LAGOONA: Yes. I swam through them all, twice, but nada.
DRACULAURA: Well, that's okay. The Hydro Boys don't usually find a really good clue until Chapter three, so we're right on track. Kinda.
LAGOONA: Hey, look. Clawdeen and Frankie, maybe they found something. Let's go ask. Hold up a second. Should we approach calmly?
DRACULAURA: What are you doing?
LAGOONA: Or surprise them?
DRACULAURA: Lagoona, let's just...
LAGOONA: Caught ya.
FRANKIE: We're innocent.
CLAWDEEN: Nothing happened.
LAGOONA: Surprise! It's just me.
FRANKIE: Ah, zaps.
CLAWDEEN: Good one, Lagoona, but enough with the dramatics. Have either of you found anything?
DRACULAURA: I covered the casketball courts while Lagoona searched the pipes, but we've come up empty. Have you two found anything useful?
CLAWDEEN: We found this goo that turned out to be frosting, a clump of what we think might be Torelai's hair, and this puddle.
LAGOONA: So, not really?
FRANKIE: Wait. Do you see that?
LAGOONA: What am I looking at?
FRANKIE: Draculaura said Lagoona came from the pipes, but, there's no water.
LAGOONA: Well, yeah, sea monsters don't always leave water wherever we go.
CLAWDEEN: So, you probably didn't leave that puddle then.
LAGOONA: I could've told you that. There's a leak. Look.
FRANKIE: Wow. How'd we miss that? Uh, my magnifying glass must be on the fritz.
CLAWDEEN: Let's throw this clue in the trash.
LAGOONA: Did you really suspect me?
FRANKIE: Everyone's a suspect. I even suspect myself a little.
[loud clanging]
DRACULAURA: So, everyone heard that, right?
FRANKIE: It sounds like it came from the science lab.
DRACULAURA: Um, pretty sure magnifying glasses don't work like that.
CLAWDEEN: Only one way to find out.
DRACULAURA: Hold up. We don't know what made that noise. It could be dangerous.
LAGOONA: Hmm. What should we do? Should we ignore the sound? Or investigate? A sound can be a clue too.
CLAWDEEN: Yeah, come on.
FRANKIE: Let's spread out and see what we can find.
CLAWDEEN: Hmm. If I was a mysterious sound, where would I make my noise?
LAGOONA: I wonder when we learn what this thingy does.
DRACULAURA: We should look for fingerprints.
CLAWDEEN: Mysterious sounds don't have fingerprints.
FRANKIE: You never know.
DRACULAURA: Someone made that sound and they might have fingerprints.
CLAWDEEN: That's true, but everyone uses the science lab. Wouldn't they leave fingerprints, too?
DRACULAURA: [sighing] You've got a point.
FRANKIE: Mm. Nothing unusual down here.
CLAWDEEN: [sighing] All right, I'm calling it. This room is a dead end.
DRACULAURA: Yeah, you might be right.
FRANKIE: Unless that's what they want us to think.
[creaking]
LAGOONA: Hey, did y'all see that?
DRACULAURA: See what?
[knocking, gasping]
FRANKIE: Look.
CLAWDEEN: I think it's coming from behind the door.
LAGOONA: It's a good thing doors open.
CLEO: Thank Rah. [chuckles] Phew. Scared me for a second. [chuckles]
DRACULAURA: Wait. That voice sounds familiar.
CLEO: I have been stuck in here forever.
DRACULAURA: What are you doing in here?
CLEO: [chuckles] It's kind of a funny story, actually. Oh. You're welcome, by the way.
FRANKIE: Ah, thanks. Wait, for what?
CLEO: I figured out who stole the trophy.
