JCPenney, fully known as J. C. Penney Company and previously known as Penney's, is a department stores chain that was founded in 1913. In 2012, it was one of four store chains—Costco, JCPenney, Kmart, and Kohl's—added to Mattel's list of ones that occasionally receive exclusive Monster High dolls in the USA.
