The Glitterati are lab rats who were first in the book, and later in the cartoon via the TV specials "New Ghoul @ School" and "Fright On!".
Physical Description[]
In the Monster High books, the Glitterati are five white lab rats with red eyes owned by Frankie's father that are kept in the lab (or, as Frankie calls it, the "Fab"). When Frankie redecorates the lab as her bedroom, she covers each of the rats in glitter, dubbing them the "Glitterati".
In the webisode, it is not clear whether the same thing has happened or if the rats have always had sparkly fur.
Appearances[]
In both "New Ghoul @ School" and "Fright On!", the Glitterati help Frankie Stein get up by bringing her her brush, shampoo and cosmetics.

- The five Glitterati's names are Gwen, Gaga, Green Day, Girlicious and Ghostface Killah. Their names come from Gwen Stefani, Lady Gaga, the band Green Day, the girl group Girlicious, and the stage name of rapper Dennis Coles.
