She wants to spend time at home, but her friends are blowing up her iCoffin. Could it be a fashion emergency or is the ghoul squad in trouble? Plus, a little batty tells me that readers might get a behind-the-screams look at IDW's new series: Monster High: New Scaremester. Summary[]
Frankie Stein enters her father, Viktor Stein's office with his favorite eekspresso. She is concerned that her father hasn't left for days and suggests that he take a day off. Viktor tells her not to worry, and that he can't stop because he feels he's close to being the first, human or monster, to perfect the reanimation process. Frankie wonders if it's because of her, but her father quickly replies that she is his perfect, unique specimen. He goes on to say that he's doing something different that's never been done before, and just as he's about to say what it is, Frankie interrupts him with the news that her best friends need her.
Frankie gets in the middle of a phone call between Cleo de Nile and Clawdeen Wolf and tries to smooth things over between them. She mentions that he hasn't heard from Draculaura and agrees that the past year has been difficult for the vampire.
Meanwhile, in his office, Viktor seems to have found the solution to his problem, and while looking for his notes, an unknown creature appears with them. Mr. Stein begs to have his notes back, and the creature blackmails him into working with him soon.
In her room, Frankie ends the call with Clawdeen, explaining that she will talk to Cleo because she is sure that the situation between them is a misunderstanding.
