Frankie Stein is a 2016-introduced and all-around character. She is a frankenmonster, specifically, the daughter of Frankenstein's monster and the Bride of Frankenstein, and a student at Monster High. She has green skin colour and the iconic green-blue eyes.

Background[]

Because of the Great Monster Fright Flight, Frankie and her Parents were looking for places to hide from humans. Created in her father’s lab, she grew up with the knowledge that there was so much to do and see in the world. So she ventured out on her own – with her parents, just an iCoffin chat away, Eventually, Frankie found the Power Station, the door was locked but Frankie didn’t give up, and found some sort of way inside. Some books were leftover by some humans so Frankie read all of them until the power station didn’t offer more, Because of that she wanted to know more so she started experimenting and tinkering.

One day she saw Draculaura passing by, which led her to Dracula’s Mansion where she, along with Clawdeen and Draculaura, built Monster High.

Personality[]

Frankie Stein is a wholehearted, and pretty-in-personality kind of person. She is optimistic, positive, kind-hearted and always gets along with others, although she is naïve. Frankie is aware of her flaws and embraces them. She loves her friends and they are the most important monsters in the world to her. She is nice and outgoing, and like to try new fashion styles. She can sometimes struggle with her quirks but always find a new perspective of her quirks in the end.

Appearance[]

In the movie: "Welcome to Monster High", she wears a headband with her outfit which is an electric-blue, lightening-bolt-designed headband, and has silver highlights or silver streaks in her hair along with her black streaks. She is also typically wearing a metal-board-like metal-clip as a hair clip or barrette in the back of her hair in the middle of her head, middle of her hair. Sometimes, Frankie’s hair would be tied up in a ponytail or kept in a beehive.

In the book Operation Find Cleo! Her appearance is “Pale green face was all stitched up, Mismatched eyes-One blue one green Had monstrosity long lashes” and with lace-up platforms with delicate stitches.

Abilities[]

Being a frankenmonster, Frankie has some unique abilities:

  • Self dismemberment: Frankie can remove all her limbs off her body. When doing so, she doesn't feel any pain.
  • Electric powers: Since was brought to life with electricity, she has a spark inside of her that allows her to have electric powers. She uses them, either accidentally or on purpose.
  • Electric Savvy: According to “Electrified!”, Frankie is an expert with electricity and memorized the basics and bases of it. In spite of this, she already was an expert on savviness. As mentioned in “Shock and Awesome”, her friends were about to blow a fuse, after claiming she knows “a little” about electricity
  • Lightning Immunity: Instead of feeling pain after being struck by lightning, Frankie will feel refreshed.

Frankie was born in a lab created by Frankenstein's monster and the Bride. In Electrified, she mentions she was born in Bavaria.

Alivia Stein is Frankie's little sister introduced in part 2 of the Howliday special. Although Alivia wasn't how Frankie wanted her to be, she still loves her. Her eye colors are opposite of Frankie's and her bolts on on her head.

Frankie is best friends with Draculaura, Clawdeen Wolf, Cleo de Nile, Lagoona Blue.
