Mr. Foxford is a 2024-introduced and cartoon-only character. He is a werefox and the assistant to the Were-Ruler. Sometime during the Monster Ball, he got trapped in an alternate dimension by a shapeshifter, who then assumed his identity. Ever since "The Shapeshiftian Candidate" however, he has been freed.

When Hemming was posing as Foxford, people saw him as a calm, collected, and polite individual, who preferred to follow rules and tradition. Although Hemming made him seem nice, helpful, and caring, the real Foxford is actually very rude, pompous, cranky, and selfish. Despite these negative traits, he is capable of working with others, as shown when he worked with Clawdeen and Romulus in order to escape the alternate dimension.
