Fearleading is an activity at Monster High in which the participants (called fearleaders) cheer for their team as a form of encouragement. Coach Thunderbird is the trainer for this activity.
In "Witch Hitch", Draculaura and Toralei compete for the role of head fearleader and Draculaura is the winner of the vote. And Clawd, Iris, Kuma and Clawdeen are chosen for the team after the tryouts for fearleading squad, organized by Coach Thunderbird, head fearleader Draculaura and fearleading team member Toralei in the episode "Crushed". Currently, the squad consists of six members.
