Eddy Hyde Jr., who also goes by the last name Komos is a former teacher at Monster High. He is the son of the late Eddy Hyde and Ms. Hyde (née Komos). Ms.Hyde was a minotaur. His father was half-human . Komos is half minotaur and half human. Because Eddy Hyde was banished to the human world for his human side, Eddy Jr. uses his mother's last name to hide his connection to his father and keep himself safe.

He is a bold, kind teacher. He likes to play a guitar. He seeks revenge on Monster High, because his dad was rejected by other monsters at the school and expelled from the school for being half human, which caused his father to get killed by humans for being part monster.

He has brown hair, blue eyes and grey horns . He usually wears very formal clothing, like long pants, a tie, collared shirt, and a vest.

Eddy Hyde[]
Eddy is Mr. Komos' biological father who was expelled by monsters after he was revealed to be half human and later on killed by humans. This caused Eddy Hyde Jr. to apply for a teaching position at Monster High to sought his revenge.
Ms. Hyde[]
Ms. Hyde, nee Ms. Komos, is a minotaur. [Monster High: The Movie] She is the source of her son's horns. Eddy took her maiden name when he infiltrated Monster High.
