Volume 1, Episode 6: There's a blackout and while everyone is freaking out, Draculaura uses her magic to calm the ghouls and boos down! Draculaura also casts a spell to check a clue for fingerprints -- UNTIL someone owns up to breaking the trophy?
Summary[]
Draculaura is selected on the choose-a-character screen. The Boo Crew are in the Creepateria's kitchen when the school-wide blackout occured, and Headmistress Bloodgood announces over the Skullette P.A. system that it is currently being fixed. Cleo struggles to get her scarabs back to her, and Clawdeen mistakenly bumps into a tray of Deuce's cupsnakes, causing them all to fall to the ground. Heath accidentally sets Frankie on fire when he was trying to light the candles (but Frankie puts it out with their dustpan); regardless, Lagoona tries to help by throwing a bucket of water, but the water instead lands on Toralei, who leaves in a huff. Cleo pleads Draculaura, who has been silently witnessing this whole time, to help. Draculaura chooses between screaming normally or using a magical assist to do so, and chooses the latter. She then casts a spell using her witchcraft abilities: "Since I don't want to get lost in the crowd, it's time to make my voice loud!" She manages to make everyone calm down by taking deep breaths. They all remember Frankie's big reveal of "thinking about this all wrong", but Frankie reveals they only said that because that's why they haven't cracked the case yet. Deuce is on the verge of breaking down due to his treats getting destroyed, but ends up leaving to clean up all the mess. Cleo and everyone else begins getting suspicious of Deuce claiming nothing strange has been happening, and thus add him back to the suspect list. With the group now split between looking for more clues or who turned off the lights, Draculaura decides between splitting up or sticking together. After choosing the former, Draculaura orders Clawdeen, Cleo, and Lagoona to find out who turned off the lights, whilst she, Frankie, and Heath search for more clues.
As Draculaura, Frankie, and Heath walk through the hallways, another announcement from Bloodgood features her saying she is still working on fixing the lights when she suddenly bumps into something. Draculaura borrows Frankie's magnifying glass, using it to follow a trail of crumbs as Frankie eats more food from the floor. When hearing more strange noises, the lights suddenly turn back on, and they find Deuce standing next to the trophy case. Frankie suspects he's cleaning up evidence, convinced he's guilty, but Deuce responds he was just cleaning up the mess of his cupsnakes. After taking a look at the missing trophy via a picture on Draculaura's iCoffin, Heath realises that the mysterious broken bone he found earlier was from the trophy's handles, and they add it to the clues list. Draculaura asks Frankie where they found their dustpan, which Frankie responds was right under the trophy case. Deuce and Frankie realise that perhaps the trophy wasn't stolen but rather broken, using a dustpan to clean the evidence; the dustpan is added to the clues list.
Draculaura suggests that they should also check the dustpan for fingerprints; before performing a see-more spell (which she has never actually done before) to do so, she and two of Deuce's snakes check to see if no-one's around. She chants "Reveal to me, all the things I can't see!" The spell can only identify two monsters who have touched the dustpan; the first being Frankie (only becuse they had it with them for a while) and the second culprit does not unveil immediately as the spell is stuck. Before the crew can find out who it is, the episode ends with a voice shouting towards them "It was me!"

- This is episode is entirely in Draculaura's POV.
- Like the rest of the Nickelodeon G3 webisodes, this episode's upload on the official Monster High YouTube channel was set to private in September 2024 for unknown reasons, making it lost media through official means.
- Interestingly, a few days before the upload was set to private, it was shortened after the first five minutes, abruptly ending after Draculaura says she could do the see-more spell. The remaining Monster High Mysteries episodes had the exact same issue. Around the same time as well, several uploads from the channel of the TV series that were up to five minutes long were shortened to about a minute or so, but not set to private. The reasons for all of this are unknown.
