Deuce gets stone-cold jealous when a rose mysteriously appears in Cleo's locker and goes lurking for her potential secret admirer.

Cleo opens her locker to discover a potted red rose inside. She assumes it to be a gift from Deuce and thanks him for it when he walks by. However, he angrily replies he has nothing to do with it. Both Cleo and Deuce conclude that she must have a secret admirer, which Cleo likes and Deuce very much doesn't. He storms off to find his rival and make him back off. By sheer coincidence, Clawd crosses Deuce's path and asks where Cleo is because he has to talk with her. Deuce interprets the question as an admission that Clawd is Cleo's secret admirer. Angered by the accusation, Clawd accepts Deuce's challenge to fight it out.

Knowing that Clawd is innocent, Frankie and her friends try to find the real secret admirer. Ghoulia checks the security footage of the hallway from that morning in the hopes of finding the guy, but while they can see someone opening Cleo's locker, the mass of students passing through blocks him from view.

With nothing else to do to prevent it, the group goes to Cleo's locker to watch the fight. The situation isn't looking good, but before even one punch can be thrown, Cleo's rose begins to glow. To everyone's surprise, the rose turns out to be a grumpy plant monster named Thornton. Thornton relays that he's just transferred to Monster High and was settling into his locker. Cleo points out that he mixed up her locker #111 with his locker #777, for which Thornton barely apologizes. Dismayed, Cleo asks Thornton if this really means she has no secret admirer. He laughs at her and rudely lists several physical traits about her that he considers to make her undesirable. Deuce and Clawd promptly team up and beat him up for insulting her, leaving Cleo overjoyed that she has three guys fighting over her.

  • Did everyone forget that Clawd is in a relationship with Draculaura?
  • Might not be an error given that the diaries put Cleo and Clawd in a relationship prior to either of the current pairings so it would make sense for people to assume.

  • This is one of the three webisodes first released as an extra on the "Frights, Camera, Action!" DVD on March 25, 2014 (or March 17, in case of the UK release). As its "Ghouls Rule"-predecessors, it will likely be released in the regular line-up some months into 2014. In fact, the three webisodes all had been released in the regular lineup prior in all languages but English in March of 2013.
