- In her artwork, Crescent is a violet dog with purple eyes. She has lavender stars on her fur, and a crescent moon scar on her face. She wears ear piercings and has a golden crescent moon on her chest.
- Her toy has yellow eyes, and she sports a crescent moon golden necklace/tag.
- Her model in the animated series is a gray wolf, with crescent moon golden necklace/tag, Purple eyes, and a scar across her right eye.

2022 Series[]
Crescent is introduced in part 1 of The Monstering. At first Crescent seems to think Monsters aren’t real, and when Clawdeen goes out exploring, Crescent is hesitant to go and runs to the yard.
At the end of part 2 of the Monstering, Crescent knows about the dragon and Monster High, and seemingly that Crescent and the dragon met before.
