Create-A-Monster enters its third year in 2013, though its lineup is mostly undisclosed. At American International Toy Fair, Color Me creepy was introduced, a new kind of Create-A-Monster play that works with temperature-based color changing. The Design Chamber is set for release in the first half of 2013, presumably along with at least two Color Me Creepy add-on packs.

- Officially introduced to the public at Toy Fair 2013, the Color Me Creepy Design Chamber playset takes the Create-A-Monster philosophy another step further. It comes with a full doll and several tools to add color-based detail to the doll's hair, clothing, and skin by manipulating the material's temperature.
- The included doll has a design unique to the Create-A-Monster line.
