Catty Noir is a 2024-introduced and all-around character. She is a black werecat who is a famous pop singer.

Catty mentions in her music video that she longed for fame since she was a kitten.

Appearance[]

Catty Noir is a werecat with black fur. She is plus-sized and is roughly the same height as Ghoulia Yelps. Her hair is pink, accented with micro-braids, and pulled back into a ponytail on the top and sides around her ears. She has hot pink eyeshadow with white graphic eyeliner, and matching ombré lipstick and nail polish on her claws or fingernails. Her cheeks are highlighted with star-shaped sparkles outline face stickers.

Catty wears a hot pink dress with a silver overskirt that has a cracked-mirror design and bold pink sleeves. She adds a glittery pink belt with chains and heart-shaped buckles, paired with pink knee-length boots adorned with chains. Her accessories include sky blue sunglasses with shattered lenses and a gray heart-shaped locket featuring the number 13.

Personality[]

Catty Noir is a verifiable mega-monster SUPERSTAR! She is a skull-ebrity in the monster world as a power-house pop star. Catty is a confident, self-assured werecat who embraces her individuality and shines brightly despite any challenges. She is hardworking and has been honing her craft since she was a young kitten.

Catty believes that the power of music can bring monsters together. She also believes in making your own luck and sees beauty even in broken things. She loves herself and encourages others to believe in themselves and have fun!

Catty values friendships and seeks friends who will stick with her through thick and thin. Her upbeat and positive attitude reflects her love for life and her determination to live her dreams while encouraging others to do the same.

She’s shown to be extremely superstitious, often talking about good or bad luck and performing good luck rituals before a performance (ironically some of the stuff she associates with good luck are often seen as unlucky in the human world).

Trivia[]

  • Her association with luck is a reference to the superstition of black cats being good luck or bad luck. Ironically, Catty sees things commonly considered to be unlucky in the human world as good luck (ex: the number thirteen and broken mirrors).
  • Many of the students at Monster High, especially Cleo, are fans of Catty.
