Boogeyman, also known as The Boogeyman, is a 2023 picture-only character. He is a Boogeymonster, the former dance champion at Monster High, thanks to the use of magical red dancing shoes, and is the father of Twyla Boogeyman.
He is known for scaring others and giving them nightmares, something his daughter doesn't approve of.
