Accademia de Mostro is an all-monster high school in northern Bitealy. Run by its headmaster, Signore Vitriola, it was well-reputed until Sylphia Flapper was hired as a teacher and began recruiting students and teachers alike for ASOME. In response, Vitriola closed Accademia de Mostro but continued to dwell in the building to attend to the school's remaining business.

In its heydays not that long ago, Accademia de Mostro was a fine high school open to all monsters. That changed when Sylphia Flapper signed on as a teacher and began to work her monster whispering on her colleagues and students to turn them over to the ideals of ASOME. One of the few to escape her influence was Headmaster Vitriola, who stopped her through unknown means. This was not the end of it and the second time ASOME came for Accademia de Mostro, Vitriola had no other means to stop the organization than to close the school.
Possibly, Vitriola already resided at Accademia de Mostro before its demise, but he did in any case stay there afterwards and therefore was able to answer the phone call Cy Clops made. Flapper had started her monster whispering campaign at Monster High and the boy needed help fighting her. A traumatized Vitriola was reluctant to get involved, but did give the crucial advice to check the crybrary and later sent a letter warning Cy that if ASOME failed the first time, they'd be back. The only student known to have attended Accademia de Mostro is Wydowna Spider, who came along as Flapper's assistent and played a role in destroying the school. [Source]
