13 Wishes - Haunt the Casbah is a party-themed line, succeeding Dawn of the Dance, Sweet 1600, Dot Dead Gorgeous, and Ghouls Rule. It is in particular alike to Ghouls Rule.
13 Wishes - Haunt the Casbah could be considered the same line as 13 Wishes in the same vein that the preceding Scaris: City of Frights incorporated a line of deluxe dolls and a line of budget dolls. Since there is a name specification to the line and the contexts of the two lines greatly differ, the Monster High Wiki treats them as separate.
Fiction[]
The Late 2013 TV special "13 Wishes" prominently featured the 13 Wishes - Haunt the Casbah line. As each character became trapped within the lantern, they would have clothing and hair transformations, changing into said outfits.
